Jobup in Switzerland seeks a Quality Manager (M/F) – 50% to strengthen quality governance and ensure safe patient care. You will lead the QMS development, documentation, and the PDCA cycle, reporting to Operations Management and collaborating with clinical and service managers.

Responsibilities include regulatory monitoring (LAMal art. 58a, H+, ANQ), CIM, CIRS, KPI dashboards, audits, and staff training to embed continuous improvement and risk control across the establishment.

Qualifikationen

• Higher degree in health, sciences or management.
• Experience in quality and process management within Swiss healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss regulatory framework (LAMal art. 58a, ANQ, CIRS, H+).
• Languages: French or German; English is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate QMS, map processes, document policies and procedures, and drive the PDCA cycle.
• Ensure LAMal art. 58a compliance, H+ and ANQ monitoring, and CIM documentation.
• Maintain adverse event management (CIRS) and lead root cause analysis.
• Define KPIs with Operations, maintain the quality dashboard, monitor patient safety and satisfaction.
• Lead annual internal audits, support external audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Advise service managers, lead cross-functional teams, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
