Job summary

Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Product & Engineering Lead to own end-to-end product development and engineering strategy for a growing subscription portfolio. You will shape platform architecture, oversee external partners, and drive AI-assisted development to accelerate launches across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical leadership or technical product roles such as CTO/Head of Engineering/Engineering Manager with strong engineering background.
• Strong practical understanding of web technologies frontend/backend APIs databases deployment and infra.
• Ability to critically assess technical proposals and make informed architectural decisions.
• Experience managing or supervising external development teams, vendors or outsourced partners.
• Proven track record launching digital products, ideally in B2C subscription-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with recurring payments and PSP integrations, monitoring and incident management.
• Experience designing scalable platforms and architectures supporting multiple products/markets/languages.
• Knowledge of analytics, payment, experimentation tools and SQL.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of new subscription products and conversion funnels from development to launch, scaling, and localisation.
• Audit existing infrastructure, processes, teams, tools, and vendor relationships to identify improvements.
• Lead and optimise development processes, including planning, delivery, code quality, release management and standards.
• Manage external development and DevOps partners, defining priorities and ensuring delivery aligns with budget and timeline.
• Design and evolve scalable platform architecture to support new product lines and localised journeys.
• Oversee architecture choices, integrations, infrastructure, hosting, and tooling balancing speed, reliability and cost.
• Ensure production stability with monitoring, incident management, and performance improvements.
• Oversee billing systems and PSP integrations, optimise payment success and subscription flows.
• Own analytics, event tracking, advertising pixels and A/B testing capabilities across funnels.
• Develop MVPs using AI-assisted development to validate ideas before full-scale development.
• Collaborate with growth/analytics to optimise acquisition, cohorts and funnels across Meta, Google, TikTok.
