Job summary

Hansei Solutions is seeking a dynamic Payment Posting Manager to lead a team of posting specialists. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of ERAs, EOBs, and cash deposits across a multi-state client base.

In this remote-first role, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with HIPAA and EDI 835, manage monthly closings, and deliver data-driven performance updates to stakeholders. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of revenue cycle experience with direct oversight of large-scale payment posting operations.
• Five (5) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with direct oversight of large-scale payment posting operations.
• Two (2) years of related experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project guidance to the Payment Posting Department to implement efficient posting processes.
• Implement and test regulatory requirements affecting payment processing and cash posting, including EDI 835.
• Coordinate with Finance and stakeholders to ensure deposits are posted and accounts balance.
• Develop, revise, and document processes and policies for the department.
• Ensure completion of End of Month Closing activities for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor staff workload and identify weekly activity, trends and impact of unworked accounts.
• Establish productivity monitoring for department staff to maximize resources and results.
• Monitor KPIs and address issues to improve performance.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure compliance with procedures and overall work unit effectiveness.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings with data-driven updates and strategic recommendations.
