Zusammenfassung

YO AI Labs seeks a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on revenue systems on a remote assignment. You will audit CRM and integrated platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and optimize workflows across CRM and related tools.

Required: 4–6 years on Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM, experience with migrations or rollouts, and strong SQL, API, and data reconciliation skills; excellent English communication in SaaS environments.

Qualifikationen

4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

Aufgaben

Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
