YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a remote customer project focusing on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You will audit CRM and related platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and document recommendations for scalable governance, with attention to billing and CPQ impacts. Strong SaaS experience and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with two or more revenue/operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integrations).
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
