You’ll collaborate across Sales, Parts, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance, maintaining meticulous records while sales drive customer relationships and procurement

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in sales administration, order management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Monitor open estimates and coordinate customer follow‑up.
• Prioritize high‑value and soon‑to‑expire quotes.
• Maintain quote validity dates and follow‑up notes.
• Record lost‑order reasons and identify trends affecting quote conversion.
• Review customer orders before processing for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify customer PO, pricing, quantities, ship‑to address, terms, and delivery dates.
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Maintain order information and documentation in systems.
