Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG in Switzerland is seeking an Observability Engineer to design, implement and operate modern observability solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will own hands‑on engineering, work with platform, architecture and ServiceNow integration, and contribute to strategy and roadmaps.

You will build telemetry pipelines with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry, create dashboards and SLIs, and help migrate from legacy monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Observability Engineer with practical experience using Prometheus/OpenTelemetry.
• Experience designing telemetry pipelines for metrics, logs and traces in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud, Terraform deployments and ITSM integration.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, JSON or YAML; ability to collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Engineer, operate and continuously improve observability platforms as a service for infrastructure, platform and application teams.
• Implement telemetry collection for metrics, logs and traces using open standards such as Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Design scalable telemetry pipelines, including collection, processing, enrichment and routing of observability data.
• Build dashboards, alerts and SLIs to support operational teams and service owners.
• Integrate observability with ITSM, event management and automation workflows.
