Zusammenfassung

Luxoft is seeking a Lead Network Observability Developer to design, develop, and maintain an AI/ML-based network observability and planning platform in Zurich. You will enable collection, transformation, and correlation of network telemetry data from Zurich's NSPs, driving high-performance, reusable software solutions.

The role emphasizes platform architecture, data schemas, and custom analytics. You will collaborate with software engineers and analysts to translate user needs into scalable APIs

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in multiple programming languages including Python, Go, C/C++, JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and data streaming (Kafka).
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, and infra-as-code practices.
• Familiarity with observability tools (ELK, Grafana) and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with distributed systems, HPC concepts, and network telemetry.
• Ability to translate user needs into scalable software architecture.

Aufgaben

• Design and build an AI/ML-based network observability and planning platform.
• Create schemas for data transformation to Zeek format.
• Develop analytics algorithms for predictive insights.
• Build data ingestion pipelines from NSP monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements.
• Test APIs for performance and reliability; troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Document development standards and guidelines for future teams.
• Provide technical support for APIs and related tooling.
• Lead and coach teams as needed.
• Ensure security with IAM technologies (SSO, Kerberos, LDAP).
• Apply engineering principles to production management and operations.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve workflows.
