Swisscard AECSGmbH seeks an Observability Engineer to design, implement and operate modern observability solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will own telemetry pipelines, dashboards and alerts, collaborating with platform teams and ServiceNow ITOM integration efforts.
You will help define observability standards and strategy while delivering hands‑on engineering, runbooks and documentation for ongoing operations and improvement.
As an Observability Engineer, you will take on hands‑on engineering role with real influence on the evolution of our observability landscape. You design, implement and operate modern observability solutions that ensure transparency, reliability and performance of our IT services across cloud and on‑premises environments.
This role combines deep technical ownership with exposure to modern observability standards and cloud technologies. You will work closely with experienced platform, architecture and service management teams and collaborate with our ServiceNow team to technically integrate observability signals and alerts into Service Now Event Management (ITOM).
While your focus remains hands‑on engineering, platform operation, and continuous improvement, you will also actively contribute to strategic topics such as observability strategy, roadmap definition and platform evolution, while remaining strongly rooted in implementation and day‑to‑day operations.
