Zusammenfassung

Digitec Galaxus AG in Zürich recruits a Data Scientist to join the Analytics & Data Science team for Marketing. You will collaborate with the Marketing Tech and business teams to apply machine learning and advanced data analysis to influence how customers discover products on Google Shopping and price-comparison sites.

You will own data products end to end, run experiments, and shape our data-science practice while communicating insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Requires MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• Strong Python and ML library experience.
• Solid statistics and experimental design knowledge.
• Production ML experience with deployment/monitoring tools.

Aufgaben

• Turn business challenges into data-driven insight by understanding the question, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Build robust machine-learning solutions with product-team collaboration and put them into production on our platform.
• Own data products end-to-end from opportunity to operation, aligning with the Marketing product.
• Validate improvements via metrics, experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) and analytics frameworks.
• Work with web tracking and attribution data to sharpen customer journey insights.
• Shape our data-science practice with the Senior Data Scientist and broader Data Science Guild.
