• Minimum 2+ years in data science, marketing experience preferred.
• Strong Python and ML library experience required.
• Fluent German is mandatory.
• Solid background in statistics and experimental design.

• Turn business challenges into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Build production ML solutions with product and marketing teams.
• Own data products end-to-end from opportunity to operation.
• Define success metrics and run experiments including A/B tests.
• Work with web tracking and attribution data to close measurement gaps.
