• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 5–7 years of data experience.
• Expertise in ML (predictive & prescriptive) and statistics.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with GCP experience.

• Define ML roadmaps and translate business goals into data initiatives.
• Build data pipelines and high-performance data models.
• End-to-end ML model lifecycle including deployment and monitoring.
• Design experiments and A/B tests; optimize funnels and user journeys.
• Promote code quality and agile methods in data projects.
