Embodied AI is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and maintain resilient on-premises and cloud infrastructure as part of our Digital Systems Department.

The role focuses on hybrid environments, automation, cybersecurity, and proactive IT operations, with emphasis on Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and M365 ecosystems, and strong scripting with PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in an OT environment.
• Strong experience with Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 and AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, clustering.
• Proficient in VMware vSphere, vSAN, HA, DRS, vDS; Hyper-V, Docker, and Azure hybrid cloud.

As IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

• Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage and support Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and problem management activities.
• Participate in infrastructure enhancement, modernization, and automation projects.
• Implement and enforce security, compliance, and availability standards across all IT environments.
• Automate operational tasks and continuously improve infrastructure management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams while proactively recommending technology improvements and innovations.
• Act as a key stakeholder in ensuring IT security and the protection of company information, in accordance with the organization's information security policies.

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), and a solid background in automation, cybersecurity, and IT operations, with the following profile:

• 5 -7 years in a OT environment
• Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 environment: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, clustering
• Linux: RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu
• VMware vSphere virtualization: vSAN, HA, DRS, vDS; Hyper-V, Docker
• Azure hybrid cloud: IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, Conditional Access
• M365: Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Purview
• Automation: advanced PowerShell, IaC Terraform / Ansible
• Zero Trust approach: hardening, MFA, PAM, PIM, LAPS, vulnerability management, patching, EDR/XDR/SIEM
• Service continuity: Veeam, DR/BC, OpManager monitoring, performance analysis, capacity planning
• French: Fluent (native level preferred)
• English: Professional working proficiency, including technical documentation and day-to-day professional communication.
