Job summary

UNITED MACHINING is seeking a seasoned IT program manager to lead strategic initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networks and the digital workplace. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate global teams and manage stakeholders across multiple countries.

The role emphasizes Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure adoption, cloud migrations and a major IT carve-out to establish a standalone IT environment, with a focus on risk control, budget discipline and successful change

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments with at least 5 years leading international IT projects or programs.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; German is an asset.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft technologies and hybrid/international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networks, and digital workplace technologies.
• Drive transformation initiatives including Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure adoption, cloud migrations, and global deployments.
• Support major IT carve-out programs and establish a standalone IT environment.
• Manage projects end-to-end: scope, budget, planning, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate international teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across multiple countries.
• Lead change management and user adoption to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Contribute to the IT transformation roadmap by driving standardization and modernization.
