Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG, based in Pfaeffikon, seeks an M365 Collaboration Engineer to design, implement, and govern scalable SharePoint Online and M365 solutions. You will leverage Power Platform, Graph API, and automation to deliver secure, well-governed, high-value collaboration tooling.

You will work with business stakeholders and IT security/compliance teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions, maintain governance frameworks, and contribute to Platform health and adoption

Qualifikationen

• Deep hands-on development experience with SharePoint Online and M365 solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience with Power Apps/Power Automate for automation.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain scalable M365 solutions.
• Governance and lifecycle management across SharePoint/MS Teams policies.
• Collaborate with business, IT security, and compliance teams to meet governance requirements.
