• P&C License (or ability to pass the examination within 30 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries by asking smart qualifying questions and guiding prospects to take the next step.
• Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities and close the sale.
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans.
• Provide a confident, professional phone presence while managing multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Serve as a creative problem solver—helping customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations.
