Job summary

Edl Consulting is seeking an organizational talent with initial HR and/or marketing experience to shape the intersection of people, marketing, and business development in an HR boutique. You will work independently on external presence, support projects operationally, and relieve the team in day-to-day business—with high velocity, a strong quality mindset, and a genuine drive to contribute.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in HR, marketing, project management, or a coordinating role.
• University degree or completed vocational training in a relevant field.
• Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing channels: LinkedIn, newsletter, website, and online events from concept to execution.
• Create content for B2B social media channels, on-brand and audience-targeted.
• Maintain website content, layout, formatting, and aesthetic consistency.
• Plan and organize online events, webinars, and partner events; support operational delivery.
• Coordinate with partners and external service providers.
• Support consulting team on client projects: data analysis, data preparation, research, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist HR software implementations: data migration, testing, configuration, QA.
• Support recruiting: sourcing, candidate communication, scheduling, ATS maintenance.
• Create professional project materials and presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.
• Handle organizational tasks to relieve the team in day-to-day operations.
