Job summary

Goodwall is seeking a proven leader to oversee Product, Growth and Marketing, reporting to the Co-Founder. You will build and grow your own team, including a Product Manager and Growth Marketing Manager, with a close partnership to our Head of Engineering who leads Data Science.

You will shape how members discover Goodwall, experience its value, stay engaged and invite friends, owning onboarding, personalization, social features, referrals and Gen Z creator strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling a digital product used by millions.
• Shipped growth experiments improving retention, referrals and acquisition.
• Strong ownership of outcomes and urgency to deliver.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z platforms and creators.
• Attention to design, copy and frictionless experiences.
• Ability to interpret retention data and inform product decisions.
• Motivation to transform lives and build opportunity for youth.

Responsibilities

• Scale a product members love returning to; own the roadmap and run growth experiments.
• Expand organic growth via ambassadors, referrals, creators and influencers; guide paid marketing.
• Align Product and Growth with Engineering and Data Science from idea to launch.
• Ensure high-quality member experiences, clear notifications and strong ad hooks.
• Run A/B tests, analyze retention, and decide what to scale or stop.
• Hire and lead a strong team; manage priorities and budgets for lasting growth.
