Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing.
• Product-savvy; understands how features drive growth.
• UX instinct; can spot friction and brief design.
• High AI competency to multiply impact.
• Analytical rigor with funnels, cohorts and experimentation.
• Speed under pressure; able to act fast.

Responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition strategy across SEO, content, social and partnerships.
• Map the funnel from first touch to first trade and identify drop-offs.
• Audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding with Product & Design.
• Lead brand-driven growth across channels to build trust.
• Understand Kraken Pro from a trader's perspective to unlock growth levers.
• Lead a lean, hands-on team; ship, test and iterate.
• Set dashboards and insights for leadership on growth.
• Ensure compliant, accurate messaging across regions.
