Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support for Farapulse and Opal systems.
• Educate customers and Boston Scientific staff on device usage.
• Attend hospital labs for case support and development efforts.
• Train development and sales teams on products and features.
• Travel to identify clinical needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Build relationships with hospital staff to identify decision makers.
• Address customer issues by coordinating with sales, marketing and tech support.
• Support Zurich–Aarau–Basel region; assist nearby regions as needed.
• Remote field-based role with extensive travel (~80%).
