Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist for Advanced Patient Monitoring in Switzerland. You will educate healthcare professionals on complex devices, including during surgical procedures and ICU care, and drive product adoption in hospitals.

The role requires a healthcare degree and several years of clinical experience, fluency in German and English, plus willingness to travel across Switzerland. Strong training, presentation, and CRM/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in Intensive Care, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology or Hemodynamic Monitoring.
• Experience in hospital environments and understanding of clinical workflows.
• Clear communication of complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets through clinical support and collaboration with Sales.
• Provide clinical support for implementation, adoption, and optimization of Advanced Patient Monitoring.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training, and education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Support product launches, implementations, evaluations, and trial placements in hospitals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Technical Service, and other stakeholders.
