Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting a Clinical Support Specialist to provide expert technical and product guidance to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators, and to train users on JnJ MedTech systems and catheter equipment with utmost professionalism.

You will collaborate with sales and clinical teams to expand customer relationships, ensure high-quality service, coordinate site upgrades, and stay current with product information and safety practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bio-technical/engineering field.
• Experience in electrophysiology or medical devices is a plus.
• Customer-focused, service- and result-oriented with independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and product advice to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators.
• Train users on JnJ MedTech systems and catheter equipment with professionalism.
