Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology to provide expert clinical support and training for Farapulse and Opal systems across the Zurich–Aarau–Basel region. The role requires traveling up to 80% and collaborating with physicians, hospital staff, and sales teams.

Candidates should hold a Biomedical Sciences degree, possess strong German and English communication skills, and be comfortable with dynamic, travel-intensive environments.

Qualifications

• Professional industry experience (1 or 2 years) in a similar role is beneficial; however, not a requirement.
• Studied Biomedical Sciences (or similar), preferably within electrophysiology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Willing to travel extensively as required by workload.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, staff, and sales reps on Farapulse and Opal systems.
• Educates customers and Boston Scientific employees on product usage and developments through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attends cases in hospital labs to support case development and product adoption.
• Delivers training and feedback to development teams and sales as needed.
• Travels to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how products meet goals.
• Develops relationships within hospital staff to facilitate future sales and collaboration.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
