Job summary

KITRO is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & People Operations professional to support HR operations, payroll, onboarding, and recruitment during a high-growth phase. You will own People data in Personio, coordinate payroll updates, and drive efficient people processes across Switzerland and the EU.

The role offers remote flexibility with quarterly Zurich meetups and a strong impact on the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across HR operations and/or talent acquisition.
• Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders with clarity.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Experience running or supporting end-to-end recruitment.
• High ownership, speed, and attention to detail.
• Alignment with KITRO’s mission, values, and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Act as KITRO’s Personio owner, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data.
• Manage workflows, templates, automation, permissions, and data structure.
• Maintain contracts, benefits, insurance updates, and all HR documentation.
• Keep clean, audit-ready digital files across all employment records.
• Continuously improve Personio and consider add-on functions, inc performance reviews.
• Oversee time tracking and timesheet accuracy, follow-ups with employees/managers.
• Prepare monthly timesheet reporting and payroll updates for Switzerland, Debelux, and EOR.
• Plan and coordinate quarterly team meetings and engagement surveys.
• Run and support recruitment for assigned roles with structured pipelines.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate system access and materials.
