Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks an Application Programmer to drive a major Dynamics 365 CRM modernization and AI-enabled customer engagement project. You design, develop, and support enterprise apps, portals, and intelligent processes in an Agile setting.

You will mentor peers, implement Copilot Studio features, and help modernize legacy systems while collaborating with business analysts, QA, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics CRM/D365 development and support.
• Experience building customer portals and customer-facing apps.
• Full software development lifecycle involvement from design to production support.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and sprint-based planning.
• Ability to work with analysts, QA, developers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 applications and CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain customer portals and related digital apps.
• Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle and deployments.
• Enhance customer service capabilities with Dynamics functionality.
• Contribute to AI-powered customer service features and automation.
• Integrate intelligent document processing and related tech.
• Refine requirements with stakeholders and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Deliver work within Agile/Scrum team sprints and timelines.
• Collaborate across QA, developers, analysts and leadership.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor peers and promote coding standards.
• Maintain system documentation and release notes.
• Identify opportunities for modernization and process automation.
