Job summary

Elize Partners AG in Zurich is seeking an Application Developer to help move its MS Dynamics CRM to the cloud while continuing development on OnPrem instances. You will develop Dynamics 365 plugins and workflows, support cloud migration, and translate business needs into technical concepts in an agile environment.

The role requires several years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, OnPrem maintenance, and strong Azure/Power Platform knowledge, with a focus on data migration and seamless interfaces.

Qualifications

• Several years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Experience maintaining OnPrem Dynamics 365 CRM and its infra.
• Experience migrating OnPrem to Dynamics 365 Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform.
• Experience with data migration and integration (ETL).

Contract: 01.11.2026 to 30.09.2027, 80%

What you bring

• Several years of Dynamics 365 CRM development, including plugins and workflows
• Experience running and maintaining OnPrem Dynamics 365 CRM, including infrastructure and software lifecycle
• Experience migrating from OnPrem Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 Cloud
• Solid knowledge of Azure services
• Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with interfaces to and from Dynamics
• Knowledge of data migration and integration (ETL, data mapping)
