Job summary

Jobgether SRL, representing a partner, seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant who is German-speaking and based in Switzerland. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating needs into functional CRM solutions while focusing on adoption and value realization.

Working remotely within an international consulting environment, you will lead workshops, conduct discovery, assess processes, and document designs for delivery teams, using English for programme

Qualifications

• German language proficiency is required for workshops and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Sales/Service modules.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with German-speaking stakeholders to capture objectives and needs.
• Analyze current CRM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Design target-state processes and documentation for delivery teams.
• Align stakeholders on proposed solutions and trade-offs.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for implementation and QA.
• Support testing, sign-off, and user adoption activities.
• Coordinate with distributed teams and report progress in English.
