A-ROSA is seeking a Coordinator Docking Reservations & Operational Scheduling to join our team in Chur, Switzerland, or work remotely. You will manage docking reservations, itineraries and coordination across the fleet, serving as the central touchpoint between ships, management and external partners.

This role supports smooth, cost‑effective operations and requires strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational river cruise coordination or tourism operations is desirable.
• Sound understanding of itinerary, port and berthing processes in river cruising or similar operations.
• Proficiency with planning, booking and administration software; experience with itinerary/berthing systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain itinerary planning and berthing management systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate berthing requests with berth operators, agencies and service providers.
• Implement short-notice itinerary changes in consultation with department heads.
• Communicate proactively with ships, agencies, port partners and stakeholders.
