Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Digital Learning Developer to transform existing learning materials into polished, interactive digital experiences. You will work with templates and brand guidelines to ensure quality and a strong user experience across digital platforms.

Location: Online / Home Office across Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, Italy). Start 02.11.2026; End 30.06.2027, with option to extend. 20% workload. Business-fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating digital learning using authoring tools.
• Strong visual design with layout, spacing, typography, imagery, and consistency.
• Turn static material into engaging digital experiences and restructure content for digital learning.
• Comfortable with digital tools, CMS, and LMS environments; basic multimedia editing.
• Follow brand and design guidelines and respond to stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and update engaging digital learning content using authoring tools
• Transform existing learning materials into polished, interactive digital experiences
• Structure and simplify existing content for effective digital consumption
• Use interactions, scenarios, and other elements to boost learner engagement
• Apply templates, design standards, and brand guidelines consistently
• Work with images, icons, graphics, and basic multimedia content
• Support simple image, video, and audio editing when required
• Ensure content works across devices and screen sizes
• Perform QA checks across links, formatting, and spelling
• Take briefs and feedback and implement changes efficiently and independently
