Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating digital learning using authoring tools.
• Strong visual design skills with a good eye for layout, spacing, typography, imagery, and consistency.
• Ability to turn static learning material into engaging digital experiences.
• Experience editing and structuring existing content for digital learning.
• Comfortable working independently with digital tools, CMS, and/or LMS environments.

We are currently supporting a leading private bank with a requirement for a Digital Learning Developer.

This role focuses on transforming existing learning materials into polished, interactive digital learning experiences. You will work with established templates and brand guidelines to create learner-friendly content while ensuring quality, consistency, and a strong user experience across digital platforms.
