Jobgether SRL seeks a DevOps Customer Support Engineer for a fully remote, international role in Switzerland. You troubleshoot infrastructure and IaC issues, support both SaaS and self-hosted deployments, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in DevOps, IaC, and cloud platforms, with Linux experience and excellent English communication. The role emphasizes documentation and customer success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with DevOps technologies and IaC tools.
• 2-4 years hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Linux troubleshooting and automation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication; ability to guide customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across channels (Slack, email, tickets, calls).
• Investigate and reproduce customer issues using logs and traces.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted environments including TLS/certificates.
• Analyze IaC behavior with Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt; show run-state propagation.
• Explain policy-driven platform behavior using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego.
• Build strong customer relationships with clear guidance and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering using reproducible test cases.
