Partner Company in Switzerland is seeking a DevOps + Go Platform Engineer to build and evolve an internal developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem supporting multiple products and environments.

You will work hands-on across Kubernetes, on‑premise, Windows/Hyper‑V, and cloud/hybrid deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role emphasizes ownership, independent problem solving, and improving developer workflows from discovery to delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of senior DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with on‑prem infrastructure hardware and issues.
• Production experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Recent production Go development experience (tools/exporters/automation/backend services).
• Strong Kubernetes experience.
• Solid GitLab CI/CD knowledge.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Experience with observability: Grafana/OpenSearch/Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics.
• Comfort with Windows/Hyper‑V environments and PowerShell.

Aufgaben

• Own infrastructure improvements, platform tooling, and deployment workflows.
• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Develop, maintain, and refactor internal Go tools and deployment systems.
• Investigate environments, identify weaknesses, and implement measurable improvements.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strengthen observability with Grafana and OpenSearch/Prometheus.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, SRE, and infrastructure teams to improve workflows.
• Work across modern stacks and legacy Windows/Hyper‑V systems.
