You will collaborate with developers to build scalable pipelines, coach engineers on live-system monitoring, and drive cost-aware, secure architectural decisions while maintaining robust documentation and on-call coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Proven production experience with containers and Kubernetes and GitOps.
• Experience managing secrets as code with SOPS or Vault.
• Running stateful workloads with databases and queues carrying real data.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Build reliable development pipelines with CI/CD and automated releases.
• Coach frontend and backend engineers to monitor code in live environments.
• Lead scalable architecture discussions with cost and security trade-offs.
• Streamline releases and safeguard deployment integrity.
• Manage, monitor, and scale infrastructure, including hardware powering models.
• Maintain deployment and tool documentation.
• Ensure system reliability and availability, including during outages.
• Share on-call duty with the team.
