Try&Hire in Switzerland seeks a hands-on technical leader to shape a cloud-ready application platform and its DevOps foundations, bridging hardware and software for automated lab systems. You will own and evolve the shared platform behind locally deployed apps and define reusable foundations for hosting, identity, data, messaging, and security.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering with expert-level leadership.
• Hands-on C# / .NET and modern backend/web development.
• Strong Azure DevOps and CI/CD across build, test, security, packaging, deployment.
• Infra-as-code experience with Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, identity, messaging, observability.
• Experience across hardware, firmware, device software and applications.
• Excellent English required.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the shared platform behind locally deployed, cloud-ready apps.
• Define reusable foundations for hosting, identity, data, messaging and security.
• Own DevOps across the software suite including pipelines, deployment automation and release traceability.
• Define installation, upgrade, rollback, diagnostics and support processes for customer deployments.
• Lead hardware/software integration decisions on protocols, interfaces and diagnostics.
• Lead through implementation, prototypes, reviews and mentoring, partnering with architects.
