Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project/Delivery Manager based in Switzerland to own delivery across cross-functional initiatives in a fast‑paced product environment.

You’ll collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear plans, manage dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules, and drive improvements to delivery workflows. This role values proactive problem‑solving, strong communication, and the ability to align delivery decisions with business objectives, while

Competenze

• Hands-on experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a product environment.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple teams or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and multiple dependencies.
• Strong planning, prioritization, scope, capacity, risk, and dependency management.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar tools.
• Ability to provide concrete examples of delivery improvements and their impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and adaptable communication with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making, proactive delivery.
• High ownership, proactivity, organization, attention to detail.
• Ability to connect delivery decisions to broader business objectives.

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring initiatives progress effectively from planning through completion.
• Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Track dependencies, blockers, risks, scope, and team capacity, proactively identifying and resolving potential delivery issues.
• Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to establish clear priorities, ownership, timelines, and expectations.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, helping align priorities and resolve delivery-related challenges.
