Jobgether is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to build and lead the operational backbone of a new international crypto-fiat digital banking venture. You will shape the operating model, oversee onboarding, payments, and partnerships, and drive scalable service delivery with a hands-on leadership style.

Competenze

• Proven senior-level leadership experience in operations within crypto banking, crypto-fiat financial services, or crypto-enabled neobanking.
• Demonstrated success establishing, managing, or scaling financial operations in early-stage or rapidly growing environments.
• Strong practical understanding of payment operations, transaction processing, settlements, reconciliation, and onboarding.
• Experience managing relationships with banking partners, payment providers, card issuers, and financial institutions.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to define and monitor operational KPIs, service levels, budgets, and performance management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership and ability to execute day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives, partners, and international stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Design, establish, and implement the overall operating model for a new crypto-fiat digital banking and financial services business.
• Oversee daily operations including onboarding, payment processing, transaction workflows, and end-to-end service delivery for B2B and B2C.
• Develop and implement procedures covering settlements, reconciliation, exception handling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to establish KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Build and manage relationships with banking institutions, payment providers, and other partners.
• Establish operational KPIs, SLAs, escalation procedures, and management reporting.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a lean operations team and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement as volumes grow.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and executive leadership on launches and expansion.
• Ensure scalable capabilities and resources to support growth.
