Zusammenfassung

MSF Access seeks a Content Creation Consultant to develop learning content for the Access 101 project and Tembo course. You will transform curriculum recommendations into engaging, learner-centered resources for the Tembo course and regional workshops.

Working with subject-matter experts, you will ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with project objectives, coordinating external suppliers when needed.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Experience developing engaging learning materials for diverse audiences (e-learning, training resources, or digital content).
• Strong writing and content structuring skills; ability to translate complex information clearly.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers or contributors in content production (e.g., designers, illustrators, multimedia developers).
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate the syllabus into a detailed content plan and table of contents for the Tembo course and materials.
• Develop engaging, learner-centred course content and supporting materials.
• Coordinate and quality-assure contributions from external suppliers involved in content production.
• Present content plans and drafts to project stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure accessibility and alignment with MSF project objectives across diverse audiences.
