Graines de Paix, an international NGO based in Geneva, is seeking a professional to design and develop innovative digital learning solutions focused on supporting teacher professional development. You will leverage educational technologies to create impactful blended learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree related to instructional design, significant experience in LXP-based programmes, and proficiency in e-learning tools. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience (1-3 years) in designing experiential LXP-based learning programmes.
• 3-5 years of experience developing interactive LMS platforms for teacher professional development.
• Proficiency in e-learning content creation tools and knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards.

Aufgaben

• Assess teachers’ training needs and design hybrid learning modules.
• Develop interactive digital resources in collaboration with educational experts.
• Train trainers in the use of new digital tools.
• Establish indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital learning solutions.
• Work closely with field teams and local partners to ensure developed solutions are culturally relevant.
