Zusammenfassung

AvonRisk is seeking a hands-on Compensation Consultant for a fully remote contract role of 4–6 months. You will design and maintain compensation programs, build job architecture, and deliver data-driven advice to HR and leadership across multiple states and brands.

You will develop salary structures, benchmark positions, and support annual cycles with advanced Excel models and dashboards, ensuring equity and regulatory compliance while managing several projects remotely.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in compensation consulting or analysis.
• Experience with nationwide compensation analyses and job architecture.

Aufgaben

• Conduct nationwide compensation analyses, pricing, and pay range development.
• Design, build, and maintain job architecture including leveling and codes.
• Develop salary structures and adjust pay bands based on market data.
• Benchmark positions using surveys and recognized methodologies.
• Advise on offers, promotions, and market adjustments with HR partners.
• Create Excel models and dashboards for compensation decisions.
• Support annual compensation cycles with modeling and scenario analysis.
• Assist on mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Ensure pay equity and compliance with pay laws across regions.
• Document and present findings to leadership; maintain HRIS data.
