Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards roles in global enterprises.
• At least 5 years managing professionals.
• Experience with EU Pay Transparency Directive and pay equity initiatives.

• Lead compensation strategy across international markets and align with business priorities.
• Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Design, evolve, and govern compensation programs with governance standards and equity.
• Lead pay equity analyses and remediation, and partner on country gender pay reporting readiness.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets.
