Job summary

BetterNight is seeking a Client Service Representative for a REMOTE Call Center on a part-time basis, with the current shift running Mon-Fri from 6 AM to 11 AM PST. The role requires handling high inbound call volume, triaging basic information, and delivering a first-class patient experience while navigating HIPAA requirements.

Ideal candidates have remote call center experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working PST hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a remote call center within the DME or healthcare space preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and resolve patient issues quickly.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and triage basic information.
• Explain services, devices, and appointments to patients and physicians.
• Provide first-class service experience to patients and maintain HIPAA standards.
• Route requests to appropriate staff and manage voicemails.
• Assist with scheduling, payments by phone, and educating patients about pricing.
