Zusammenfassung

Neural Concept is seeking a Product Manager or Solution Owner to own end-to-end vertical solutions combining design, simulation and data science/ML. You will partner with customers to translate real-world problems into a product roadmap and work hands-on with AI-assisted development tools to move from concept to prototype quickly.

The role is cross-functional across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• Proven product management experience end-to-end in enterprise/B2B contexts.
• Hands-on with AI coding/prototyping tools and Python.
• Strong discovery and customer empathy skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and data science teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Run customer discovery interviews and translate insights into strategy and backlog.
• Define and prioritize requirements; write specs and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Use AI-based development tools and scripting to de-risk ideas and deliver working prototypes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to production-ready solutions.
• Track adoption and value delivery across projects and feed insights to the global roadmap.
• Align vertical initiatives with company strategy.
