Rivia in Zurich is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the path from idea to adopted feature, working with engineers and customers, reporting to the CTO. You will lead discovery, specs, launches, and measurement while shaping the product function.

You will be the first dedicated PM, building the function in a founder-led, engineer-led team. The role requires deep collaboration, customer discovery, and AI-enabled product development as the roadmap advances.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with technical products.
• First or sole PM at a B2B startup and built the product function around an engineer-led team.
• Experience taking a product from idea to production with demonstrable adoption.
• Hands-on product analytics using Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

Aufgaben

• Own the full product lifecycle for your scope: discovery, spec, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
• Run structured feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Set targets before building, measure feature health after launch, and make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate launches with marketing, CS, and sales to ensure a smooth release.
• Use AI agents in daily work, including AI-generated mockups to accelerate discovery.
• Establish light product processes that the team will follow as it scales.
