YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide project focusing on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment and systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data.

Requirements include 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A, hands-on use of NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on financial accounting and FP&A with strong accounting responsibilities.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and data-analysis skills.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling or model evaluation is required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries and treatments.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements and inconsistencies and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
