SIX Group Ltd is seeking an AI Software Architect to define and execute the AI SDLC across the organization. You will design reference patterns, tooling, and gates to enable safe AI-augmented development in a regulated financial market infrastructure, partnering with a broad engineering community.

You will lead the adoption of AI across CH, ES, PL and IN, mentoring senior engineers and shaping the way teams work with AI, all while aligning with risk and security standards.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on SDLC experience.
• Experience with AI harness, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks.
• Ability to drive change through influence with cross-team impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management; fluent in English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate the AI software engineering strategy into practice across SIX.
• Set and enforce AI-based development standards and patterns.
• Coach engineers and lead practice communities across regions (CH, ES, PL, IN).
• Drive lighthouse engagements to baseline real backlogs and prove value before scaling.
• Collaborate with security and risk teams to ensure safe, compliant AI adoption.
