Zusammenfassung

esurance is seeking an Agile Operations Lead to drive alignment and data-driven decisions within the People and Culture team. You will own OKR governance, agile facilitation, and people analytics to ensure lean processes, measurable outcomes, and peak team efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in agile facilitation, OKR governance, or people operations, preferably in a StartUp or tech environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data (worklogs, engagement metrics) into clear recommendations.
• Stakeholder management skills paired with fine-tuned communication skills to hold teams accountable for follow-ups and data submission.

Aufgaben

• Facilitating and documenting company-wide OKR planning sessions, bi-weekly check-ins, and quarterly retros to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Validating team capacity, configuring OKR tools (dashboards, labels, weights), and maintaining planning artifacts (sprint plans, retro boards).
• Running agile ceremonies (retros, planning, reviews) when product teams need support. Keeping rituals sharp, time-boxed, and outcome-focused.
• Owning company-wide people KPIs (worklogs, engagement, capacity), turning data into actionable reports for leadership.
• Acting as the first escalation point for team tensions or delivery risks, coordinating with the People Chapter on org-level improvements.
• Scheduling and coordinating recurring company events (planning weeks, all-hands) with seamless execution and follow-up.
• Tracking retro actions in Jira/Confluence and chasing owners until closure and escalating stalled items if needed.
• Proposing data-backed improvements (training, process changes) and piloting small-scale initiatives.
