On is seeking a Senior Lead, People Analytics to architect and own the data platform that powers our global HR analytics. You will build data pipelines, a governed semantic layer, and an AI-enabled analytics workflow, partnering with data scientists to advance statistical modeling and predictive insights.

You will deliver dashboards and reports on headcount, talent acquisition, engagement, and attrition, while ensuring data governance and presenting data-driven recommendations to HR and business

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in People Analytics or related data science field.
• Strong data engineering skills: pipelines, data models, governed semantic layer.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and Excel for analysis and modeling.
• Experience with a modern BI tool (Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting modules is a plus.
• Interest in AI and agentic workflows for HR analytics.

Aufgaben

• Own the data engineering backbone of the People Analytics Platform, ensuring governed, reliable data.
• Build and maintain the semantic/metric layer as a single source of truth across dashboards and reports.
• Support AI and agentic layer development, embedding LLM-assisted workflows into HR analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists to apply regression, clustering, and causal inference.
• Develop dashboards and analyses on employee lifecycle metrics like headcount, recruiting, engagement, and attrition.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and high-impact analytics projects.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across HR systems.
• Create compelling data-driven stories and presentations for stakeholders.
