Zusammenfassung

Avaloq is seeking a Head of Reporting for Sales and Delivery to ensure integrity and transparency of performance reporting across portfolios. You will own reporting frameworks, data governance, and analytics architecture to enable reliable, decision-ready insights.

You will lead a team, translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive adoption of governance standards with senior leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a senior reporting, analytics, or performance management role.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g. executive committees or board-level audiences).
• Strong understanding of CRM and project management systems for scalable analytics.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the end-to-end reporting landscape across Sales and Delivery, standardizing reporting frameworks and data governance.
• Deliver executive-level performance visibility by preparing and consolidating reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Lead performance review cadences, providing structured analysis of KPIs, trends and risks.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Drive design and optimization of reporting tools and data models for scalable analytics.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align reporting with business needs and governance.
