Jobgether SRL in Switzerland is seeking a (Senior) Product Engineer (Backend) to build reliable, scalable SaaS products and to own backend features end-to-end within a cross-functional squad.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI, while applying modern tooling and AI-assisted development. The role encourages end-to-end ownership with a strong product mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Kotlin or Java with backend focus.
• Experience building SaaS products in Agile environments.
• Willingness to contribute to other areas when needed.
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools recommended or desired.

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin/Java and modern frameworks.
• Own features from discovery through rollout and impact evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship high-quality experiences.
• Contribute beyond backend to frontend, mobile, or infra when required.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development and explore new code paths.
• Prototype and instrument solutions to understand user problems and measure outcomes.
• Support reliable deployment and infastructure practices with modern tech stacks.
