Jobgether is seeking an Ad Accounts Team Lead to oversee the preparation, management, and performance of Facebook advertising accounts within a growing iGaming business. The role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and fully remote, with room for professional growth in an international environment.

You will coordinate the team, ensure account quality, monitor stability, and respond quickly to changing business requirements, delivering reliable accounts and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience preparing and managing Facebook advertising accounts.
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads accounts and the requirements involved in managing them.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable with strong results focus.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare Facebook accounts for advertising campaigns.
• Provide media buyers with accounts according to operational needs, team priorities, and KPIs.
• Track account quality, stability, and lifetime for reliable campaign operations.
• Oversee the team’s work, manage workflows, and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate account records and update statuses in a timely manner.
• Investigate account bans and other issues, identify causes, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and respond to the team’s needs.
